  • Spring Kong
    6.9% ABV

    The behemoth of spring has arrived. Spring Kong bursts with tropical pink guava, juicy strawberries, and all the radiant warmth of the season’s first sunny days. Bold, bright, and impossible to ignore, this towering seasonal release is the true King of Spring.

    Huckleberry Cosmic Crisp
    8% ABV

    Hip hip belay! This tart, fruity, and wildly craveable Cosmic Crisp® variety won’t leave you hanging. A bountiful blend of huckleberries, blueberries, a dash of cranberry, and Cosmic Crisp® apples will have you ascending to new heights.

  • Dark Royale
    6.5% ABV

    Wild yet refined. A regal beast with a bite! Dark Royale blends Northwest apples with black currants, offering concentrated aromas of cassis, rose, and black raspberry. Flavors of black cherry and plum unfold with gentle earthy undertones, finishing with a bright, tangy lift that’s both complex and approachable.

    Guardian Angel
    6.5% ABV

    Angelic yet rebellious. Tranquility with a twist! Guardian Angel blends Northwest apples with blueberries and pomegranate, celebrating the bounty of summer berries. Deep garnet in color, it offers brambly berry aromas and fresh fruit flavors, with a zippy hint of pomegranate. Semi-sweet and well-balanced, it’s refreshing and inviting.

  • Jalapeno Cucumber
    5.8% ABV

    Cool, crisp, and just the right kick! Our Cucumber Jalapeño cider is ultra refreshing with bright cucumber notes up front, followed by a subtle jalapeño heat that sneaks in at the finish. It’s smooth, slightly spicy, and insanely drinkable, perfect for warm days and good vibes.

    Imperial Strawberry
    8.4% ABV

    Sweet, bold, and dangerously smooth. Our Imperial Strawberry cider is bursting with ripe, juicy strawberry flavor and a higher ABV that gives it that extra kick. It’s rich, refreshing, and just the right amount of indulgent, like summer in a glass, but stronger.

  • Peach Lychee
    6.2% ABV

    Light, juicy, and just a little exotic — Peach Lychee is your easy-drinking escape in a can. Ripe Northwest peaches bring soft sweetness, while lychee adds a bright, floral pop that keeps things refreshing and crisp. It’s smooth, slightly sweet, and dangerously crushable — the kind of cider that turns any moment into summer.

    Blueberry Pomegranate
    6.2% ABV

    Bold, juicy, and built to stand out — Blueberry Pomegranate delivers a punch of rich berry flavor with a tart twist. Ripe blueberries bring smooth, jammy depth, while pomegranate adds a bright, slightly tangy finish that keeps it from getting too sweet. It’s vibrant, refreshing, and perfectly balanced — a flavor-forward cider that drinks easy but leaves an impression.

    8.4% ABV

    At 8.4% ABV, this cider drinks like a nice white wine. It is dry and light with a hint of mango.

    Blood Orange

    The blood orange lends berry notes while the fresh spruce tips give a lemon zest finish.

  • Blueberry Lemon Cider
    6.5% ABV

    Bright and fruity while grounded by rich earthiness. It's made with northwest grown apples, blueberries, and fresh lemon

    Brambleberry
    6.8% ABV

    Oregon grown marionberries and blackberries are blended with dessert apples to create a cider that tantalizes the palate. Slightly tannic sour notes up front are balanced by a jammy mid palate dry finish. Blackberry tannins up front with jammy mid palate. Finishes semi dry.

  • Eleanor
    8.2% ABV

    Eleanor is a cider made with only Golden Russet apples grown at Swihart Orchards in Odell. We had a beautiful long fall and allowed the apples to intensify on the tree- bringing more flavor, and a little strength. This is the 5th season for these trees and they keep getting better.

    Dry Cider
    6.7% ABV

    For our flagship cider, we kept it simple and local. Newtown’s and old world cider apples from the Double Mountain Orchard are pressed and fermented on a house yeast strain. We gave it plenty of time to dry out and develop wondrous aromas of juicy pear, lychee, green fruit, and chamomile. It finishes tart, crisp, dry, and quenching.

    Iowa Bar Fight (beer)
    6.4% ABV | 65 BU

    The founders of both Double Mountain (Matt Swihart) and Solera (Jason Kahler) have deep roots in the Midwest heartland. But things once familiar change. Old dirt roads get paved, and houses get built in cornfields. Sometimes you eat the bar, other times the bar eats you. Citra and Mosaic hops join forces with Strata hops for a brawl of sticky citrus and resinous tropics, finishing aggressively balanced and dry.

    Pilsner (beer)
    4.7% ABV | 37 BU

    Counterbalancing the abruptness of dark winter and big strong ales, we present a crisp, clean, straight up light pilsner. Lower alcohol with enough Noble hops to balance the toasted bread malt character for a clean finish.

  • Tartish Huck
    6.7% ABV

    Growing up near two amazing volcanos, we would always venture into the wilderness to find something fun to do. When you come across a small, purplish berry that has 200% flavor, you tend to pick them all and then make pies, scones, crisps, pancakes and anything else that needs a little tang and sweetness. Huckleberries are small and grown in the wild. Enjoy the taste of them with a little of the tang that keeps you wanting more.

    Docklands
    7.1% ABV

    The Docklands was created with the Irish in our hearts. A dry crisp apple cider with excellent flavor and aroma. Why not sit by the docks and enjoy one?

    This summer inspired unfiltered cider is well balanced and refreshing. With subtle flavor notes and a balanced sweetness, this cider is good to sip all day.

    Pairing Pacific Pineapple with the legendary vanilla bean, we bring you our, “Pineapple Whip”! Slightly tart and sweet, our pineapple whip has become a fan favorite for those who love the tropical fun of the Islands. Have a pint, it’s just good! 6.5% semi-sweet Mahalo!

    Salty Dawg
    6.5% ABV

    Inspired by the famous cocktail, Our “Salty Dawg” is a mix of our Island Mango cider, blended with the sweetest grapefruit and then lightly “salted” with our favorite, Abrahams Smoked Salt. This coastal cider option, offers a huge sweet nose with a tart decay and a hint of salt on the exhale, just like an ocean breeze. Sip the Aloha! 6.5% ABV “Semi Sweet”

    Pear Lychee

    Pears grown in the gorge on Underwood Mtn. These pears are dry farmed and harvested exclusively for this Perry. Native yeast fermentation for a clean traditional expression of the fruit, nothing else.

    Orchard Cuvee No. 1
    8.2% ABV

    This is a classic cider made from cider apples. It’s crushable but with an ABV and profile for taking some time to enjoy the nuance.

  • Llyn Fawr Brittany Style Cider
    6.7% ABV

    Llyn Fawr, the lady of the lake, is a Brittany Style Cider. Using a low and slow fermentation over winter, this cider has a beautiful and rich aromatic composition of ripe fruit, apple forwardness, and winter spice. With a touch of sweetness that is brightened by a bit of acidity, this cider livens up the palate. Made with all French bittersweet Apples.

    Midnight Blue Dragon

    Heritage Dry is an intentional blend of 6 different heirloom apple varieties from 2 different orchards in the Willamette Valley. Fermented from juice to cider in neutral French oak barrels and then aged for 3 additional months before blending the 2 orchards together. The cider is filtered, force-carbonated, pasteurized, and hand labeled by cider maker Jeff Johnson. Cheers!
